Network Computer Maintenance

Service Level Agreements (SLA), Warranty and On-demand Services

Onsite Warranty Next Business Day: £100pa per computer
Guarantees a next day solution to a problem that requires an on-site engineer

Extended Warranty: 30% replacement cost of computer equipment (and software if applicable) pa
For computers not purchased from CCS or for equipment from CCS that is no longer covered by warranty.
NB replacement parts provided free of further charge.

On-Demand Support Services
Telephone support: £1 per minute.
PC engineer onsite support: £70 call out includes 1st hour with further hours chargeable at £70ph each. Parts required will incur extra costs unless covered by warranty
Network consultant: £80-90 ph charged by the minute.
Software & Operating System (OS) support: Charged as PC engineer above.

Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Guaranteed support delivery service
Next Business Day solution.
PC engineer onsite support SLA: £100 per machine pa
Software & OS onsite support SLA: £100 per machine pa
Network consultant SLA: £100 per network node pa

Next Business Day solution services require that a minimum of 35 minutes of service staff time is purchased with the SLA. If the 35 minutes are exhausted and more staff time is required, the customer will be obliged to pay On-Demand rates (see above). If more than one computer requires an SLA the time is transferable from one computer to another. The customer can then exploit a fund of time between whichever computers require servicing. This is currently available at £1 per minute. Alternatively the customer may purchase more time with the SLA and benefit from the discounted price.

Example
A company requires PC engineer onsite support SLA for 2 computers:

Price = SLA x2 + Time x 2
= £100 x2 + £35 x 2 = £270

A company requires PC engineer onsite support SLA, Software & OS support SLA, Network consultant SLA for 10 computers:

Price = SLAx3x10 + Time x3x10
= £100x3x10 + £35 x3x10 = £4050

Prices subject to VAT at 17.5%
Exclusions: Under some conditions CCS will not be able to deliver and will not be held liable for failure to deliver, weather stopping transport, unavailability of parts, sickness and all other effects that are outside the control of CCS.
