Network Computer MaintenanceService Level Agreements (SLA), Warranty and On-demand Services Onsite Warranty Next Business Day: £100pa per computer Extended Warranty: 30% replacement cost of computer equipment (and software if applicable) pa On-Demand Support Services Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Guaranteed support delivery service Next Business Day solution services require that a minimum of 35 minutes of service staff time is purchased with the SLA. If the 35 minutes are exhausted and more staff time is required, the customer will be obliged to pay On-Demand rates (see above). If more than one computer requires an SLA the time is transferable from one computer to another. The customer can then exploit a fund of time between whichever computers require servicing. This is currently available at £1 per minute. Alternatively the customer may purchase more time with the SLA and benefit from the discounted price. Example Prices subject to VAT at 17.5% |
